"I have been a SF client for approximately 18 years. I gave this office 5 stars, because, frankly, I could not find anything to complain about. The office is located some distance from the main road, at a secluded, quiet area. However, it is very easy to find and access, with ample parking space. The facilities are spacious, well-lit and clean, with private office enclosures. Staff is polite, cheerful and competent. My insurance agent, Ruth Damon, is a real joy to work with. She is pleasant, experienced, very knowledgeable, and knows and understands my multiple policies practically by heart. She is willing to find and apply all possible discounts, as well as supply several references for defensive driving courses, and quotes for possible future transactions. Basically, I like it. I feel that my insurance is in good hands. Many thanks!!!"

"Great service at the State Farm Hicksville office! I walked in with no appointment. After a brief wait Christie Simmons was able to work with me.
