"I’ve had issues with a certain auto body shop after my car was struck in a parking lot. No cameras, no note. I digress. Between Chris and Ruth, and a new problem arising each time the car has been “ready to go”, they have helped and listened to me all along the way. They are knowledgable, kind, and really listen to and document issues. When I had to get transferred to the claims department a few times, the documentation was already in place. A big shoutout and thank you to Ruth and Chris (and Christie for putting together such a great team) for taking their time with my issues and having my back. I feel heard and well informed and well taken care of. I just picked up my car again today, and there are two new issues related to the repairs. The State Farm recommended body shop where I brought my car is bound by agreement to completely fix all damage from the collision, with a lifetime warrantee. I know all will be well in the end.
Again, Ruth, Chris, I would be ripping my hair out right now if it wasn’t for your helpfulness, patience and understanding."

"This agency is a true gem. Yesterday I was in traffic in NYC and a Chevy Suburban tried to squeeze past my little SUV. Of course he didn’t fit and hit my car. The first call I made was to my State Farm agency. They asked if I was ok and then calmly instructed me on how to proceed after the other driver left the scene. It took me four 911 calls to NYPD to get no assistance at all over 5 hours. I eventually walked to the 13th precinct where a desk cop told me “the NYPD doesn’t issue accident reports”. Only after insisting I needed a police report and asking to speak to his sergeant did they make a report. This morning I was just relieved that all of that was behind me. Ruth from State Farm called me this morning to check in and see how I was doing and how my car was. Talk about a caring agent! Christie Simmons State Farm - you’re the best! That’s why I’ve stayed with you since I got my learners permit 28 years ago. If this is not your agency, you should make it yours!"
